No side effects for me, the caffeine doesn't make me jittery at all. I feel lighter when using this product. I've used it at either breakfast or after lunch around 1 pm and it works great either way.

The advance does not work on me either he same way as the other one but it did suppress my appetite greatly. I will continue to use the product but I will also you the white bottle cleanse and lean. Good products and I feel safe taking it. No jitters or bad side effects for me.
